By engaging Verdant Atelier ("we", "the studio") for plant styling, installations, or consultation services, the client agrees to the terms outlined here. These terms govern all proposals, quotations, and project deliverables produced by the studio.
Our services include but are not limited to: plant styling, biophilic design consultancy, custom living installations, ongoing maintenance, and workspace greening. Each engagement is bespoke and detailed in a written proposal.
Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. A 40% deposit is required to confirm a project. Final balance is due upon completion of installation. Maintenance plans are billed monthly or quarterly in advance.
All living material is guaranteed for 30 days post-installation, provided the environment matches our pre-installation assessment. Plants under an active maintenance plan carry an extended replacement guarantee.
Projects cancelled after deposit may forfeit the deposit to cover sourcing and labour already committed. We always seek a fair resolution.
All design concepts, sketches, and proposals remain the intellectual property of Verdant Atelier until full payment is received and project rights transferred per contract.
The studio is not liable for damage caused by environmental conditions outside our control, third-party interference, or client deviation from care guidance provided in writing.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be resolved in Maltese courts.
